We respect the sanctity of your time, intention, and contribution. This Refund Policy has been established to ensure mutual trust, fairness, and clarity while maintaining the spiritual integrity of our services.
1. General Policy on Refunds
All payments made toward our paid programs, including training sessions, seminars, workshops, retreats, and consultations, are considered non-refundable once confirmed. This is due to:
- Limited seating or pre-registration planning
- Advance arrangements and resource commitments
- Spiritual nature of services where experience and transformation cannot be reversed or returned
We humbly request you to register only after genuine interest, clarity of purpose, and sincere intention to participate.
2. Exceptions – Special Consideration
In rare and exceptional cases, partial or full refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of the administrative council of Soham Dnyanpeeth under the following circumstances:
- Medical Emergencies (Self or Immediate Family) – Verified with appropriate documentation
- Unforeseen Natural Calamities affecting the participant’s region
- Administrative Errors (duplicate payments, incorrect charges) on our part
- Postponement or Cancellation of a scheduled program by Soham Dnyanpeeth
Such refund requests must be made in writing within 5 working days from the date of the event or transaction.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under exceptional grounds, kindly follow this process:
- Email your detailed request to: admin@sohamdnyanpeeth.org
- Mention your Full Name, Registered Mobile Number, Event/Session Title, Date of Registration, and Reason for Refund
- Attach supporting documents (if applicable)
Our team will review the request thoroughly and respond within 7 working days. If approved, refunds will be initiated through the original mode of payment and may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.
4. Transfer of Registration (Alternate Option)
Instead of refund, we may allow you to:
- Transfer your registration to a future batch of the same program
- Nominate another spiritual seeker (friend or family member) to attend in your place, with prior approval
This option must be availed at least 3 days before the scheduled event.
5. Digital Offerings & Non-refundable Services
No refund shall be issued for:
- Downloadable content
- Online video lectures once accessed
- E-certificates already issued
- Customized spiritual consultations or one-on-one guidance sessions already conducted
We urge each participant to carefully read the program structure and inclusions before enrolling.
6. Our Spiritual Responsibility
While financial matters are addressed with transparency, we consider every seeker’s experience sacred. If your participation has been affected by unforeseen challenges, please connect with us.
