Jnana Sadhana, also known as the Path of Self-Knowledge, is the highest discipline in the spiritual tradition of Sanatan Dharma. Rooted in the wisdom of the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, and the teachings of Advaita Vedanta, this course is designed to guide sincere seekers through the inner journey from illusion (Maya) to Reality (Satya), from ego to the Self (Atman), and from bondage to ultimate liberation (Moksha).

In this immersive course, seekers will not only learn the intellectual foundations of Jnana Yoga but will also engage in meditative inquiry, contemplative silence, and the disciplined practice of Neti-Neti (not this, not this).
